How often do you offer new products?
We are always adding new products every week! We are always updating our NEW ARRVIALS section with new products, so check back often. Be sure to follow us on FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM for sneak peeks of new items and announcements of new product availability.
What is our contact email?
[email protected] – please expect a response in 24-48 hours during business days. If you don’t get a response within this time frame please send us a message on the business page! Please keep in mind we do not respond to emails on weekends (Saturday 6PM MST to Monday 8AM MST).
What is our turn around time?
3-15 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. The turn around time begins every Monday after the round closes. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
What do I need to send in for custom printing?

Our shop processes and fulfills orders Mondays – Fridays and we are closed on postal holidays and some other days throughout the year. If you have custom printing fabric items, those have a 1-3 business day production time before shipping and could be longer based on the number of orders we have to fulfill. If there are no made to order items on the order, those orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
If you do not receive your package within the scheduled time, please email [email protected] within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will try our best to resolve this issue with the shipping company and follow their steps to resolve it.
If a parcel received is damaged and the fabric is unusable, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel and provide evidence via the complaint form. For fabric damage caused by international transport, we reserve the right to limit the number of claims per customer to one in any twelve month period.

For custom printed fabrics, we cannot change, replace, cancel or combine orders due to the continuous entry of orders into the production queue, if there is a need to modify, please contact us within three hours of payment. For stock fabrics, please contact us by email within two hours.
No general washing guarantee can be given because there are many different types of washing machines and detergents, each of which can affect the performance and the result of the wash in their own way. It is important to emphasize that the user is responsible for choosing and using the right detergents for his or her specific washing needs.
Based on our experience, we offer the following suggestions for reference only:
We suggest washing all custom fabrics on cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and with your usual detergent choice. Do not leave wet custom fabric to sit as this may result in the ink bleeding onto other items.
Please make sure to wash anything made with rayon/viscose or derived from rayon/viscose, such as bamboo on delicate in cold and hang to dry or tumble dry with no heat.
Do NOT dry Sherpa under any circumstance. This must be washed on the coldest setting and laid flat to dry. If it does get any heat it will cause the fibres to shrink. If this occurs washing in a vinegar solution may help loosen those fibres, so they can return to its original structure and form.
Do NOT dry any waterproof fabric. This will damage the waterproof layer and can cause it to lose its durability and create holes in the waterproof layers. It should also not be washed with heat.
